​Richard took over as Director of SHOP in January of 2021, He is passionate about revival in Salem and seeing the Kingdom of God coming in fullness in every area of our City,  He and his wife Ginger have been married for 15 years and have 4 children.

Beverly comes to us from Kansas City where she served 11 years in the International House of Prayer. Her passion is to fuel the Great Commission with corporate 24/7 prayer, and to support growing Houses of Prayer here and abroad. Beverly loves to worship our Father with dance, and to reach out to the sick and hurting with healing prayer.
