FuELing the Furnace - COVERING SALEM IN PRAYER
Sign up is as simple as ONE, TWO, THREE:
ONE - Let us know your interested in join the Prayer wall (use form at bottom of page). Put an announcement in your Sunday schedule to share the invitation and your support of it from the pulpit. During that service have either SHOP or your church set up a table for interested people to come with any questions and have a sign up sheet for those interested in serving. (We can help with this part!) Richard can come and share a quick announcement for it if that would be better for you! (If you do video announcements we can send one to you of Richard sharing a invite to come pray).
TWO - SHOP will schedule a zoom call or a Live meeting with the group and any Church leaders to help them with any details and see how they want to form teams. and what the schedule can look like. this is a great time to meet all the volunteers and hear where each one would like to serve.
THREE - SHOP will host a start-up meeting at the prayer room. When your group arrives we will show you around, set up the stage, test the mics, set up your sound ( we save it so it can be quickly loaded each time) etc. so your ready to go each week!
We will add your church name to the "WALL of prayer" schedule and your ready to GO!

Additional notes:
- This is not a extra burden on your church leaders this is for anyone who wants to pray, those who can mildly sing, or slightly play a instrument but may not be skilled enough to be on stage or lead a service but they want to grow. They are the perfect fit in a house of prayer because its not about performance and no one minds what it sounds like, its all about the heart! We want to see them grow in their gift! everybody wins!
- If there is enough signing up, we can help you put teams together (2+ people) that rotate or have one team that covers every week. Having a rotation is best so more people can be involved and others can cover if someone is sick.
- All Prayer/worship blocks are 2 hours long and weekly (It goes by VERY fast trust us!). Your church will hold that time even if you cant fill the full time block in the beginning. We know it can be a lot to swallow when starting out. There is flexibility and grace here.
- This is a time for your church to worship and pray in your style. All we ask is you keep God's word at the very center of your worship and prayer times, and avoid preaching and teaching.
